This is a full-time position that is located on-site with the largely Seattle-based team.
We’re seeking an IT Systems Administrator focused on macOS and cloud-based solutions to support our modern workplace infrastructure. In this role, you’ll help maintain our SaaS-driven environment while developing your skills in cloud security and IT operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you can grow your skills in cloud technologies and security while supporting a dynamic workforce.
Manage and support our macOS fleet through Kandji MDM
Administer Google Workspace environment, including user management, security settings, and data governance
Support cloud-based collaboration tools including Slack and project management platforms
Help maintain security across our SaaS ecosystem using tools like Okta for identity management
Monitor and respond to security alerts from various cloud services
Assist with AWS resource management and security configurations
Configure and maintain Mac-based security tools and policies
Automate routine tasks using scripting and modern IT tools
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience with focus on macOS
Strong understanding of macOS management and security principles
Experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Familiarity with identity and access management in cloud environments
Basic scripting abilities (Shell scripting, Python, or similar)
Experience with SaaS security best practices
Preferred:
Experience with Kandji or other modern Mac management tools
Knowledge of zero-trust security principles
Familiarity with AWS console and basic services
Experience with SSO implementation and management
Background in SaaS security tools (BetterCloud, Spanning, etc.)
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, workflow automation)
The target base salary for this role will range between $106,250 to $125,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
