We are seeking a talented Front Office IT Support Analyst to join our Global Markets Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial products and workflows, with a passion for supporting traders and enhancing critical trading applications. As a member of our team, you will work directly with trading desks and IT teams, providing first-line support on trade execution, booking, pricing, P&L, and risk management systems. You will have the chance to contribute to system enhancements, troubleshoot production issues in real-time, and ensure smooth operations on the trading floor.
