Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to join Republic’s Investor Relations team. This individual will play a key role in creating and managing investor communications, supporting investor reporting and management, engaging with top investors across divisions at Republic, and collaborating with legal, marketing and investor support teams to improve the investor experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and strong communicator, who is able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Being a self-starter is a must.

Investor Communications & Engagement

• Craft compelling investor communications, including email communications, newsletters, investor updates, and call scripts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for high net worth and institutional investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the Head of Investor Relations to execute targeted investor engagement strategies, ensuring personalized engagement and strategic follow-ups.
• Assist in the development of pitch materials, presentations, and investment memos for investors and stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating investor roadshows, webinars, and events.

CRM & Data Management

• Help build and optimize internal CRM databases (Affinity) to track investor interactions and insights.
• Leverage data analytics to refine investor targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for management on investor activity, trends, and engagement metrics.

Fundraising & Investor Outreach, Marketplace

• Work closely with Republic’s marketplace and investor support team, as the point of contact for all high value investors
• Support high priority capital-raises by engaging top investors and tracking interest.
• Maintain and expand relationships with hedge funds, family offices, venture capital investors, and Layer1 blockchain protocols.

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Ensure investor communications align with SEC/FINRA regulations and internal compliance policies.
• Maintain active broker-dealer licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) and/or obtain required licenses within the first three months.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory requirements for investor sales and outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licenses: Series 7, and Series 63 (or willingness to obtain within the first six months).
• 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, investor sales, private wealth management or a related financial services role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging investor emails, materials and call scripts.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills to handle multiple investor workflows simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Affinity.
• You are a data-driven decision maker and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Previous experience within Blockchain, Tokenization, or Web3 is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Experience with financial modeling is a plus.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• You take initiative. You understand that to begin, you will be required to ask questions and take action.

A qualified candidate can expect a base salary ranging from $70,000–$120,000. A standard offer from Republic includes base compensation, equity options, and a highly competitive benefits and perks package. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant’s experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
