Institutional Content Lead – Multichain Stablecoins & RWAs

3 June 2025
About the role

Interop Labs is seeking a strategic Institutional Content Lead to produce high-impact, long-form content that educates enterprise audiences, institutions, and industry stakeholders on the multichain future — specifically focused on stablecoins, RWAs, and cross-chain infrastructure.

You’ll drive a content program that bridges deep technical insight with industry relevance. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll shape narratives around cross-chain architecture, asset mobility, and compliance-enabled infrastructure for an institutional readership.

Your responsibilities
  • Own long-form institutional content: Author whitepapers, research-driven articles, thought leadership pieces, industry reports, and solution briefs for multichain stablecoins and RWAs.

  • Craft compelling narratives: Translate complex infrastructure topics — such as programmable token movement, multichain liquidity, compliance layering, and secure cross-chain smart contracts — into content that resonates with enterprise and institutional audiences.

  • Support strategic go-to-market efforts: Collaborate with Comms/PR, product, ecosystem, and BD teams to align content with Axelar’s role in stablecoin frameworks, RWA integrations, and regulated asset strategies.

  • Elevate Axelar’s voice in the industry: Publish content that establishes Axelar as a foundational layer for compliant, secure, and scalable multichain finance.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives: Partner with Product, BD, and Comms/PR teams to align messaging across key external-facing materials.
Your profile
  • Proven experience writing institutional-grade content in Web3, fintech, or financial infrastructure — especially focused on digital assets, stablecoins, or tokenized RWAs.

  • Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure, multichain interoperability, and Web3 primitives — and the ability to translate them for a financial or enterprise audience.

  • 3–7 years of experience in content strategy, research, devrel, or editorial roles — preferably at a protocol, infrastructure provider, or Web3-native fintech.

  • Ability to confidently articulate how Axelar enables compliant multichain asset issuance, cross-chain value transfer, and institutional liquidity across networks.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, high-context environment.

  • Bonus: experience working with enterprise clients, compliance teams, or regulated entities; background in research, consulting, or capital markets.
Why us?
  • Autonomous, distributed environment with the opportunity to work collaboratively in a diverse team across the world.

  • The scope to contribute to high impact work and really make a difference in a decentralized protocol.

  • The chance to challenge yourself whilst learning heaps of stuff in the process.

  • Unlimited time off throughout the year to rest and recharge.

  • Competitive compensation with stock options, experiencing growth from the initial phase.
