Maintain and support the company’s core IT operations, including operating systems, endpoint security, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, printers, software, and hardware.
Manage business-critical IT systems and ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and performance across all Axis branches.
Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VPNs, LAN/WAN connectivity, internet, intranet, and network segments.
Perform server administration tasks, including Active Directory, user and group management, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log monitoring, resource monitoring, and backup audits.
Administer virtualization environments, including VMware and Proxmox, and support the build, testing, and maintenance of new servers when required.
Monitor datacenter health using existing management tools and respond promptly to hardware, system, and network issues.
Provide remote and on-site technical support for Axis branches across Egypt, working closely with help desk teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve incidents.
Support and maintain VoIP systems, endpoint security tools, laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT assets.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and suppliers regarding IT requests, project updates, technical requirements, and service delivery.
Ensure all systems are regularly updated, secured, backed up, and operating efficiently.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT role
BS/MS degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
