Influencer Partnerships Specialist (Contract)

About the Role

We’re looking for a culturally plugged-in, hustle-minded partnerships specialist to support our influencer initiatives. You’ll help drive influencer adoption of our self-serve avatar creation tools—sourcing creators, leading outreach, onboarding new partners, nurturing those relationships and keeping everything organized and on track.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes creator culture—maybe you’ve built your own following, or managed others. You’re scrappy, resourceful, and ready to hit the ground running. This role sits within the Partnerships team and occasionally lends support to other initiatives as needed.

This is a 3-month contract based in Los Angeles, with potential to extend or convert to a full-time role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and identify high-potential influencers across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc.) who align with our brand and product

• Lead outreach efforts—crafting compelling pitches and building genuine relationships with creators and their teams

• Manage the onboarding experience, ensuring influencers are set up for success on the platform

• Serve as a point of contact for influencer partners, fielding questions and gathering feedback

• Track outreach activity, influencer status, and adoption metrics to keep the team informed on program health

• Stay deeply current on online trends, creator culture and needs to inform sourcing efforts

What You Should Have

• Deeply fluent in online culture, social platforms, and emerging trends—you know who’s rising before they blow up

• Experience as a content creator or hands-on involvement in the creator ecosystem (managing talent, running brand accounts, etc.)

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with creators

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without letting things slip

• Comfortable with outreach—you’re not afraid to send the cold DM or email

• Scrappy and resourceful; you figure things out and get things done

• Genuine interest in AI, entertainment, and the creator economy

• Bonus: existing relationships with influencers and creators
