- HR Business Partner (Senior Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated HRBP for designated business units, primarily focusing on our business teams, including overseas business teams.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address key people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Drive the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs compliant with local labor laws across our international operations, driving support for business growth.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Support organizational change initiatives.
- Stay up to date on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally within the FinTech or Financial Services industries.
- Proven experience supporting business teams, including international operations.
- Start-up experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required

– Collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement effective hiring strategies.
– Identify and attract top-tier candidates through diverse channels.
– Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies.
– Elevate employer branding and enhance candidate experiences.
– Provide leadership with market insights and hiring analytics.
– Ensure adherence to hiring policies across different jurisdictions.
Desired Qualifications:
– Possess 8+ years of recruitment expertise (preference for agency background; in-house experience is advantageous).
– Extensive experience in hiring within the Web3, blockchain, or FinTech sectors.
– Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
– Strong communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders.
– Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and employer branding tactics.
