Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the HR Operations process, including organizing SOPs and internal policies.
  • Provide support to monthly recruitment report preparation and HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update HR data within our HRIS and across other systems ensuring a level of accuracy.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with team members on special HR projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interested in exploring systems and software relevant to HR and recruitment.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
  • Available to work 2-3 full days a week onsite will be preferred.
