Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven HR Operation Leader to join our global HR team. This role will oversee the entire spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Shared Service Center operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building and managing regional or global HR Operations within multinational corporations or fast-paced industries (e.g. Web3), and possess strong process improvement and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain global compensation and benefits structures, including salary frameworks, incentive schemes, benefits programs, and equity plans
  • Establish and continuously optimize the HR Shared Service Center to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across different markets
  • Lead HR digitalization and process automation projects to improve operational effectiveness
  • Support cross-border employment matters, global mobility, visa processes, and cost management
  • Provide regular HR operations reports and analytics to support leadership decisions
  • Participate in global HR projects such as HRIS upgrades, process integration, and employee experience enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR Operations, C&B, or Shared Services functions
  • Experience working in multi-country or cross-border HR environments with knowledge of local compliance requirements
  • Solid expertise in compensation and benefits design, market benchmarking, and compliance management
  • Strong project management, process optimization, and data analysis skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
  • Nice to Have: Background in the Web3 industry or understanding of crypto/technology sector dynamics
