BitGo is looking for a Facility Intern who will join our Team in Bangalore.
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Intern to support our office operations and assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various aspects of facilities management, including vendor coordination, maintenance tracking, space planning, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facility team in day-to-day operations and administrative support.
- Help coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, security, and pantry services.
- Track and report facility issues such as repairs, utilities, and office upkeep.
- Support in managing inventory of office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Assist in setting up workstations, meeting rooms, and event spaces as required.
- Participate in workplace safety checks and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Help document facility processes, checklists, and maintenance logs.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs within the office.
- Coordinate minor office moves or reconfigurations under supervision.
- Assist in planning and executing office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics for town halls, team gatherings, and internal workshops.
- Support the HR and Admin teams in creating an enjoyable and collaborative office culture.
- Capture event details, photos, and updates for internal communication and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
