Responsibilities:

  • Shadow the General Manager to gain insights into leadership operations.
  • Maintain and update data within the company’s systems.
  • Generate attendance reports for management review.
  • Review and process staff expense claims.
  • Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to leadership and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Working experience in UAE is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
