About the Job
As a Hiring Manager, you’ll take part in building and scaling the team behind Dria’s mission. You will partake in and lead the end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring that we attract and retain world-class talent across technical, product, and operational roles. This is a highly strategic position where you’ll partner closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build efficient recruiting processes, and craft a best-in-class candidate experience.
Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in shaping Dria’s people strategy—helping us maintain a strong culture as we grow. You’ll oversee onboarding, performance frameworks, and ongoing engagement efforts to ensure every team member thrives in a remote-first, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment cycle: define roles, craft compelling job descriptions, source candidates, manage interviews, and close top talent.
- Proactively headhunt for hard-to-fill and high-impact positions.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create scalable recruiting pipelines.
- Maintain and continuously optimize job postings across platforms and the company website.
- Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience to attract aligned talent.
People & Culture Leadership
- Drive and evolve Dria’s people operations, including socially onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Run social activities and mood assessments with the team to understand morale and gather actionable feedback.
- Develop and execute culture-building initiatives—company-wide events, team recognition programs, and personalized engagement touchpoints.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and transparency at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance and accurate employee records, working with legal and finance on international hiring and contractor management.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or HR leadership, preferably in startups or high-growth, remote-first companies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling teams globally, including experience hiring technical and product talent.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to build trust across cultures and time zones.
- A proactive and strategic mindset; able to balance immediate recruiting needs with long-term team growth.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the AI, crypto, or web3 space (no expertise required, but a desire to learn is key).
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of global hiring practices and EOR models.
- Strong familiarity with recruiting and productivity tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, GSheets, ATS tools).
- Experience in employer branding, storytelling, and culture design.
