👁️About the role

This is a position ideal for someone with the experience and passion to help hire and build on the foundational team, as well as implement & architect the HR frameworks that help set the team up for future success. Especially as it relates to the new norms of remote working/work flexibility, you will facilitate the management team in sustaining a high-performance team culture and contribute to our people strategy & protocols as we grow.

⚖️Responsibilities

Own and lead talent acquisition across the organisation: active sourcing to building recruitment tactics

Designing employee’s hiring experience – from interview to onboarding

Design and assist on external consultants, agents, partners experience – from onboarding to exit

Help develop Ejara employer brand : content creation, seminars, etc

Manage organisational design and strategy working closely with CEO

✍🏾About You

Have specialist expertise in talent acquisition / recruitment for fast-growth companies at an early stage (growing from 10 to 100 employees)

Experience (and at least a keen interest) in HR management and employee engagement

Able to perform successfully in a fast-moving, tech environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across all levels of the business and team

An active team player with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills

High integrity, tact, a strong sense of discretion and strength in building and maintaining trust

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
