What you’ll do
-Business Line Management
- Oversees product planning and operations for the exchange’s stock and stock contract business lines, setting annual business goals and growth strategies.
- Based on industry trends and the competitive landscape, plans the stock/contract product matrix and drives feature iteration and user experience optimization.
- Coordinates cross-departmental resources across R&D, risk management, legal affairs, and marketing to ensure compliance, security, and efficient operations of the business line.
-Product and Operations
- Responsible for the full lifecycle management of stock and stock contract products, including demand analysis, product design, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Monitors business data and user behavior, optimizing product experience and transaction conversion rates based on data.
- Designs and drives operational plans for liquidity development, marketing campaigns, user education, and trading incentives.
-User Growth and Retention
- Develops and executes user growth strategies, including new user acquisition, trading activation, increasing user activity, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Promotes user tiering and develops differentiated growth strategies for different market segments, such as VIP, retail, and institutional.
- Works with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and user reputation, and expand market share.
-Team and Strategy
- Establish and manage the equity business operations and growth team, driving the achievement of team goals;
- Regularly provide industry research and business reviews, providing strategic advice to company management;
- Focus on emerging market and innovative product opportunities to drive business diversification and differentiation.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, management, mathematics, or computer science;
- At least 15 years of experience in internet finance, securities, exchanges, or brokerages, with at least 3 years of experience as a product or operations manager;
- Familiarity with stock and stock contract market mechanisms, trading logic, and user behavior characteristics, with experience in scaling a business from zero to one or in business line growth;
- Strong data analysis skills, familiarity with common BI tools, and the ability to leverage data to drive product iteration and growth strategies;
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, able to coordinate resources across product, R&D, compliance, and marketing to drive implementation;
- Strong results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to develop and execute growth plans in high-pressure environments;
- International perspective and familiarity with user habits in multiple regional markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States) are preferred;
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, capable of communicating and collaborating in international markets.

- -用户增长与留存
- 制定并执行用户增长战略,包括新用户获取、交易激活、活跃度提升、留存与复购;
- 推动用户分层运营,制定 VIP、零售、机构等不同细分市场的差异化增长策略;
- 与市场团队合作,提升品牌声量与用户口碑,扩大市场份额。
- -团队与战略
- 组建并管理股票业务运营与增长团队,推动团队目标落地;
- 定期输出行业研究与业务复盘,为公司管理层提供战略建议;
- 关注新兴市场和创新产品机会,推动业务多元化与差异化。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,金融、经济、管理、数学、计算机等相关专业优先;
- 年以上互联网金融/证券/交易所/券商相关经验,至少 3 年产品或运营负责人经验;
- 熟悉股票与股票合约市场机制、交易逻辑、用户行为特征,具备从 0 到 1 或业务线增长经验;
- 具备较强的数据分析能力,熟悉常用 BI 工具,能够通过数据驱动产品迭代与增长策略;
- 具备优秀的跨部门协作能力,能够协调产品、研发、合规、市场等多方资源推动落地;
- 结果导向与自驱力强,能在高压环境中制定并执行增长计划;
- 有国际化视野,熟悉多区域市场(如东南亚、中东、欧美)用户习惯者优先;
- 具备中英文双语能力,能够进行国际市场沟通与合作。
