Job Responsibilities
- Lead global sales strategy and execution for BIT’s RWA products, with full ownership of AUM growth.
- Leverage strong personal and institutional relationships to originate and close RWA deals, with primary focus on capital markets including allocations from institutions, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Develop deep expertise in BIT’s RWA products to effectively position value propositions, structure solutions, and address client needs.
- Work closely with Product, Structuring, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure successful deal execution and scalable growth.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing RWA sales team as the business expands.
- Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and partnership models for RWA offerings.
- Represent BIT at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings as a senior commercial leader.
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and strategic direction.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or capital markets, preferably with meaningful exposure to commodities. Exposure to RWA, structured products, tokenization is a plus.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to understand complex financial and digital asset products, navigate digital asset regulatory landscape and translate them into client-ready solutions.
- Proven track record of bringing in AUM through personal networks and long-term client relationships. Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales KPIs.
- Deep understanding of institutional clients and high-net-worth investors.
- Experience working in or alongside crypto, digital assets, fintech, or traditional finance is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Immediately available will be preferred.
