We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead strategy and execution across Axie Infinity and Ronin—our flagship game ecosystem and permissionless blockchain platform. This role sits at the center of everything we do: game design, platform infrastructure, user growth, and ecosystem development.
You’ll need a strong grasp of Web3 technologies and incentive systems and how they can be used at scale. That means understanding how technical advancements can be leveraged to improve user experience, and how to evolve token-based engagement into long-term, sustainable user behavior.
You’ll lead a team of product managers and own the roadmap for two of the most influential products in Web3 gaming. This is a hybrid role based out of our new office on Geary Street in San Francisco, where you’ll work side-by-side with our San Francisco-based leadership across the engineering, data, and growth teams.
You’ll also collaborate regularly with our teams across the US, Vietnam, and Singapore, so comfortability working across time zones is key.
Set and drive end-to-end product strategy for Axie Infinity and Ronin.
Build and lead a high-performing product team, spanning across consumer applications, game features, infrastructure, and developer tools.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and growth teams to ship high-quality products with high velocity.
Integrate user, community, and on- and off-chain data into the product development process.
Align teams around the highest-impact bets and make tough tradeoffs with clarity.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and represent the product at the executive level.
7+ years of product experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
Familiarity or expertise with Web3 concepts and infrastructure, with an ability to translate user and consumer insights into product opportunities.
Experience at consumer-facing technology, gaming, or fintech companies is a major plus.
Proven success shipping both consumer-facing and infrastructure/platform products.
Strong product sense, systems thinking, and user empathy.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Comfortable working across distributed teams and APAC time zones.
Bias for action and hunger to build 0→1 systems with real-world impact.
