Chief Science Officer, Hua Yang, is a pioneer of palm biometrics, with more than 10 patents and decades of experience spanning Leap Motion, Redrock Biometrics and advanced computer vision research.

Role Description

Very AI is hiring a Head of Product/Product Lead to help evolve and lead the development of Very AI’s proof-of-reality platform. You will shape our product vision, guide execution, and help turn groundbreaking ideas into systems that restore digital trust. You will work closely with research, engineering, and leadership to keep the team aligned, focused, and delivering at a high level.

What You’ll Do:

• Help evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Very AI
• Translate vision into actionable milestones and deliverables
• Lead product design, research integration, and user experience
• Collaborate across functions to ensure technical feasibility and market fit
• Keep the team on track, ensuring clarity of priorities and strong execution
• Represent product thinking in conversations with partners and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience leading product at a startup or innovation-driven company
• Strong grasp of system design, user experience, and emerging AI technologies
• A balance of visionary and practical thinking, with the ability to both dream and deliver
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Proven ability to manage complexity and keep teams focused on outcomes
• Bonus: Experience in AI, deepfake, verification, or identity-related technologies
