The Head of Policy & Thought Leadership Communications plays a key role in building and scaling KAST’s long-term credibility and institutional positioning. This is a high-ownership position where you will define narrative architecture, develop institutional-grade materials, and build durable relationships across policy, regulatory, and industry ecosystems.
Your mission is to raise the bar on how KAST is understood by regulators, analysts, institutional stakeholders, and Tier 1 media. You will operate in a fast-moving environment while thinking beyond short-term news cycles. Quality matters. Rigor matters. Strategic clarity is non-negotiable.
This role is for builders who think long-term, understand regulatory nuance, and care deeply about shaping how the industry evolves.
