Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of payment specialists to deliver high-quality payment services.
• Develop and implement payment strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Analyze payment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment solutions and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in payment operations, with a track record of leadership and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead a team to achieve strategic goals.
