Responsibilities:
Market Positioning and Strategy Development
- Develop the company’s global market strategy and brand positioning through market research, internal discussions, and other analytical tools.
Formulate and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals, covering both online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to analyze target markets, customer needs, and competitor situations to support marketing strategies with data.
- Adjust and optimize marketing strategies in response to market changes to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
Brand Building and Promotion
- Establish and maintain the company’s brand image, enhancing brand awareness and reputation.
- Plan and execute brand promotion activities to strengthen brand influence.
- Manage brand-related marketing activities to ensure the accuracy and consistency of brand messaging.
Marketing Activity Planning and Execution
- Plan and organize various online and offline marketing activities, including product promotions and participation in Web3 or fintech events.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure return on investment aligns with the company’s overall strategy.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyze data, and propose improvements.
Public Relations Management
- Establish and maintain social media channels in Hong Kong and globally, ensuring dynamic updates.
- Develop media exposure strategies and arrangements, managing reputation risks.
Budget Management
- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective utilization.
- Monitor marketing expenses, control costs, and enhance return on investment.
Team Building and Management
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to motivate team members and improve morale and efficiency.
- Responsible for training and development of team members.
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to gain market insights for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Work with product teams to build product market strategies and activities.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure alignment between company design and brand/marketing strategies.
- Work with the compliance department to ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the marketing department of a large multinational payment company, and over 3 years of team management experience, possessing a strong background in brand management and market operations.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English for work communication.
- Web3 Industry Experience: Preferred candidates will have market experience in the Web3 industry, familiar with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and stablecoin market dynamics.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating teams to achieve goals.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, able to interpret market data and formulate corresponding strategies.
