What will you be doing?

The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of eToro’s investor relations strategy in order to strategically position the company with analysts, investors, and other key stakeholders. They will report directly to the EVP of Strategy, Corporate Development and be responsible for providing a compelling investor relations narrative and roadmap. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to convey complex financial and strategic concepts in an accessible way. It also requires exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to carefully manage relationships with eToro’s Management Team as well as the equity research and investor community.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework that ensures the company can deliver clear and timely communications to investors, analysts and stakeholders on financial performance, company strategy, market developments and other key initiatives.
• Prepare and review earnings reports, investor presentations, Q&As and other materials, manage the company’s IR website and respond to investor enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts and key stakeholders leading on investor meetings, conference calls, roadshows etc.
• Provide market intelligence to the company by monitoring market trends, competitor developments and investor sentiment as well as stock performance and trading activity when relevant.
• Maintain accurate data of analysts’ financial estimates, projections and consensus averages.
• Provide strategic counsel to the company and play a key role in corporate strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, compliance, corporate communications and marketing to ensure alignment.

• Undergraduate degree required. MBA or other advanced graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience of in-house investor relations for a publicly traded company, or role at an investment bank, or equity research in the fintech/online brokerage industry.
• Be an outstanding and persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with deep understanding of finance, the investment world, the fintech realm, and global markets.
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with numerous stakeholders including senior executives, analysts, and investors.
• Operate with an “enterprise view” – think and operate holistically and inclusively with all aspects of the business in mind.
• Have a collaborative style and be viewed as someone who is a strong business partner that is both efficient and adds value.
• Continuously strive to improve the Investor Relations function; ensuring best in class practices are in place.
• Build good internal networks; engage others across the company by demonstrating initiative and approaching challenges and colleagues with a collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
