At Cede Labs, we’re pioneering asset management tools for centralized exchanges (CEXs) like Binance and Coinbase, leveraging over 4 years of deep expertise in crypto exchange connectivity.

We’re a passionate team of 12 (soon 15), rapidly scaling our products:

Cede Hub: a solution for token issuers listed on CEX to generate organic CEX trading volume through competitions on app.cedehub.io.

Metrics: went from 0 to 150k€/month in 6 months.

Key interlocutors: Token issuers, market makers, foundations, CEX and traders.

Cede SDK: a CEX connectivity solution that accelerates integration for crypto custody solutions (like crypto banks) with exchange platforms.

Metrics: 3 clients secured over the last 6 months for 300k€ ARR.

Key interlocutors: Crypto custody solutions and their clients: hedge funds, prime brokers, market makers, stablecoins, OEMS,…

Our next milestone: Hit €1M monthly revenue within 6 months.

N.B: You will be working exclusively on the Cede Hub, at least at the beginning, to bring as much growth as possible on this product.

Paris (Station F) or partially remote (European time zone)

Mission & Responsibilities

Mission:

You’ll drive the full product growth lifecycle, from strategy to execution, including:

Strategy & Prioritization: Drive high-impact initiatives aligned with company goals.

Growth Strategy: Execute strategies to acquire and retain end-users, increasing Weekly Active Traders.

Process Building: Establish and refine product workflows.

0 to 1 Development: Lead feature creation from concept to launch.

Inbound & Outbound Strategies: Develop both acquisition verticals to grow the number of Weekly Active Traders (WAT = WAU)

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.

Partnerships: Build strategic B2B partnerships to drive client & end-users acquisition.

Expected Outcomes:

Revenue Growth: Directly contribute to revenue through strategic product and growth initiatives (B2B and B2C).

Improve key growth KPIs such as WAU, MAU, retention, CAC, and LTV.

Performance: Continuous optimization to ensure a faster and more efficient product deliveries.

Market Leadership: Increase barriers to entry, strengthening our competitive advantages (client/user acquisition funnels, trader community, product).

Requirements:

At least 3+ years experience in product management and growth (product & marketing), in consumer SaaS/FinTech

Strong entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent cross-team communication (Sales, Marketing, Engineering)

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Quick learner with foundational Web3 knowledge (CEXs, market makers, token issuers). Candidates should be able to grasp these concepts quickly, even if not deeply experienced.

Proven experience taking products from concept to market

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (KOLs, advertising, social media, UGC, ambassador programs)

Agile methodology experience

Data-driven decision-making capabilities

Excellent multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving

Proven experience synthesizing user feedback into actionable improvements

Proficiency with data analytics tools

Experience in gamification and user engagement strategies (point-systems, loyalty programs)

Nice to Have:

Experience in post-PMF startups

Experience with SDKs or developer-focused products

Strong technical understanding (APIs, integrations)

Community building skills (Discord, Twitter, Reddit)

Experience creating educational content around Web3 and trading

Background in partnership development within the Web3 ecosystem (market makers, exchanges, foundations)

Multilingual capabilities
