About the Job

We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation to scale our marketing engine at Obol. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of pipeline creation, content strategy, campaign performance, and the systems that power our growth. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product to drive measurable impact across the entire funnel.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can think strategically, move fast, and scale a demand gen function with precision. You bring creative energy, performance discipline, and a deep understanding of how to reach and convert finance teams at scale.

While technical fluency across tools and channels is important, what sets this role apart is your ability to think strategically, generate original campaign ideas, and thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment. We’re looking for a builder, not just an operator, who’s energized by creativity, experimentation, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop Obol’s demand generation strategy to consistently deliver qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Launch and scale campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, webinars, events, and outbound channels including organic and paid digital channels
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and improve performance through continuous testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Drive creative ideation and messaging collaborating with Product and Sales to develop campaigns that resonate with target personas and align with our ICPs across multiple digital touch-points
  • Own and implement our marketing tech stack, including tracking, attribution, automation, and operational tooling
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights, iterate on strategy, and identify new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing and demand generation, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology. Experience building or leading demand gen functions at an early or growth-stage company is strongly preferred.

Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required. We value talent from all backgrounds and understand that the best candidates don’t always follow traditional paths.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of performance channels including paid media, SEO, creative content, outbound, and digital engagement platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in campaign metrics, funnel data, and attribution
  • Expertise in marketing tools such as HubSpot, and modern analytics or automation platforms
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who is able to translate insights into results
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Product
