About the Job
We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation to scale our marketing engine at Obol. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of pipeline creation, content strategy, campaign performance, and the systems that power our growth. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product to drive measurable impact across the entire funnel.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can think strategically, move fast, and scale a demand gen function with precision. You bring creative energy, performance discipline, and a deep understanding of how to reach and convert finance teams at scale.
While technical fluency across tools and channels is important, what sets this role apart is your ability to think strategically, generate original campaign ideas, and thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment. We’re looking for a builder, not just an operator, who’s energized by creativity, experimentation, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing and demand generation, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology. Experience building or leading demand gen functions at an early or growth-stage company is strongly preferred.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required. We value talent from all backgrounds and understand that the best candidates don’t always follow traditional paths.
