Tech leaders at CookUnity partner with other leaders across the organization to build teams, develop individuals and create the high performance environment their teams need to do their best work. They’re also experts in their areas, using their knowledge and experience to create the space for others to succeed whilst maintaining 50/50 hands-on to contribute directly to our learning and growth.
They might partner across multiple domains as required – such as chef success & marketing, menu experience, food innovation and growth marketing – maintaining broad knowledge that enables them to dive deep into a particular area as needed.
As a result of their guidance and strategic direction, teams across CookUnity are better equipped to use data and science to make controlled improvements to their performance.
