Alliance is the leading crypto accelerator and founder community. Since early 2020, we’ve helped the top 1% of crypto founders start and grow their companies. We do so through a 12-week accelerator program that culminates in Demo Day, the industry’s most prestigious spotlight. Upon graduation, founders gain entry to Alliance DAO, an alumni community of exceptional crypto founders.
Origin Story
Alliance started in early 2020 as the “DeFi Alliance” working with founders that were building the very first decentralized finance applications. By helping these early projects source liquidity and investment from professional trading firms, they became market leaders. Leveraging this early success, Alliance broadened its mission to now offer best-in-class acceleration across all verticals in crypto and adjacent technologies like fintech and AI.
Products
Alliance Accelerator. A 12-week program taking place in New York City and online featuring talks from leading experts, hands-on mentorship, weekly check-ins and more. The Accelerator culminates in Demo Day where founders pitch their companies to more than 300 of the industry’s top investors.
Alliance DAO. Following demo day, accelerator graduates gain entry to Alliance DAO — an alumni community of over 400 founders. Here they’ll find continued support from one another, from Alliance mentors, as well as access to exclusive tools including Alliance’s community web app (”Space”), where they can connect and chat with fellow founders and more.

Head of Custody and Reporting
Location: New York City or Remote
Compensation: Competitive salary plus fund carry

Experience: Mid to Senior
Alliance is seeking a Head of Custody and Reporting to be accountable for all aspects of Alliance’s venture funds’ digital asset custody and portfolio reporting operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in on-chain ops (claiming, staking, transacting, trading) and digital asset venture portfolio reporting for the purposes of fund administration and investor communications.
The ideal candidate should thrive in general ops, detail-oriented work, spreadsheet ops and data analysis, clear communication, and efficiency improvement.
You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the firm’s Head of Finance and other back office staff.
