While we live under LI.FI’s umbrella, we pride ourselves in our small but excellent and very agile team. Jumper already has over 150k active users, and still we are only now getting started to build it from the ground up – as an independent spin-off from LI.FI.
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead BD for Jumper’s DeFi and ecosystem expansion — focusing on growing TVL, Jumper’s user base, transaction volume, and revenue via partnerships with protocols and ecosystems (B2C side). In this role, you will own pipeline, negotiation, contract management and execution, and build a small BD team over time.
Remote within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Your application will not be considered if you’re outside of this region.
Own pipeline, negotiation, contract management and execution.
Works closely with Product, Growth/Marketing, and LI.FI BD teams to align cross-chain ecosystem strategy.
Establish clear BD pipeline and forecast discipline for Jumper’s multiple product lines (Earn, campaigns, perks)
Close high-impact deals (rev-share, chain integrations, Earn integrations)
Help grow TVL and revenue
Build repeatable partner activation playbook (Earn, Zaps, Campaigns)
Mentor early BD team members and contribute to building a high-performing team.
Regular travel to major crypto events.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience within DeFi.
Proven track record as a strong deal-closer in BD or partnerships roles (ideally in curator, lending/borrowing, or veDEX contexts).
Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp interop concepts (previous exposure is a plus).
Experience managing chain partnerships, protocol integrations, and DeFi campaign collaborations.
Understanding of newly integrated chain growth needs, liquidity strategy, and liquidity activation.
Highly self-driven, structured, and motivated; thrives in fast-paced, async teams.
Bonus points: Being a Jumper power user and active in the Jumper community.
