Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence across major Chinese social media platforms (X/Twitter, Rednote, Bilibili, etc.)

• Create and publish engaging, timely content aligned with industry trends and community interests

• Monitor on-chain narratives, market trends, and hot topics to craft relevant social content

• Assist in planning and executing online community campaigns (e.g., quests, airdrops, AMAs, incentive programs) for Chinese-speaking users

• Engage actively with users, respond to feedback, and help cultivate an active and loyal community

• Support basic community management tasks and help amplify key product and brand messages

Requirements:

• Strong passion for Crypto/Web3 and active presence on relevant platforms and communities

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media or content for a Web3/Crypto project

• Deep understanding of Chinese social media ecosystems and platform-specific dynamics

• Excellent writing and content ideation skills, with a sharp sense of market trends and user psychology

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong ownership

• Native Chinese speaker with decent English reading/writing skills, as you will be handling Chinese social media ecosystems

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience with wallets, public chains, DeFi, or exchanges

• Familiar with Memecoins, defi communities, or on-chain viral marketing

• Basic video editing or visual content skills (e.g., short videos, memes, infographics)

• Portfolio of managed accounts or past content campaigns (please attach if available)
