THE WORK:

Ripple is growing and we’re looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing Team and have a pivotal role in RLUSD’s next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate understands how to build marketing campaigns based on the unique needs of each audience and is able to tie tactics to strategy and business objectives. They have experience building, launching, reporting and optimizing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, X and/or and through key partners to build awareness and adoption for RLUSD.

In addition to implementing various digital marketing campaigns, this person will be responsible for regular reporting in partnership with Marketing Operations and the wider Ripple USD team. The right person doesn’t just execute and solve problems, but they’re also a self-starter who consistently looks for new ways to improve the programs and reach new goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work closely with our partners to position Ripple USD (RLUSD) as a trusted stablecoin for businesses. Create awareness, educational and joint-marketing campaigns with partners to generate broad RLUSD adoption
  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of paid channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, display, OOH). Continuously experiment and test creative variations, messaging, and audience targeting to optimize cost efficiency and ROI
  • Partner with Data, Finance, Product, and broader Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, measured, and reported
  • Identify region-specific trends, channels, and opportunities for growth. Work alongside regional teams to tailor marketing tactics and languages
  • Partner closely with teams across Product and Product Marketing, Legal, Business Development, Trade and Markets team, Design, Data Science, and Compliance to ensure cohesive announcements, integration, improve acquisition performance, and gather insights to inform strategy.
  • Monitor key performance metrics across channels (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to partners
  • Provide monthly, and quarterly performance updates with recommendations for ongoing improvements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3-5 years experience in paid search and/or paid social with exposure to demand generation campaigns
  • Proven hands-on experience in platforms, preferably with previous agency experience or with an in-house advertising team
  • Strong analytical approach with deep familiarity with CPL and MQLs
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, X and Google ads
  • Bold, curious, and eager to lead in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong project management skills, working with global teams and diverse departments, within and outside of marketing
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • An analytical problem solver who’s willing to get deep into the numbers and enjoys making decisions based on hard data
