Galxe is on a mission to create a decentralized future, and we’re looking for a driven Growth Marketing Manager to help scale how users and partners discover, adopt, and grow with our products.
About the role
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling opportunities across the full funnel, from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization, across our user-facing products and partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on partner-led growth.
Your main responsibilities will involve designing and executing creative growth experiments, optimizing user and partner journeys, launching and scaling growth channels, and deeply analyzing performance to inform strategy. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, ecosystem, and community to understand their goals and build growth initiatives that directly support them. You will also support the broader marketing team on key campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives.

You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership of ambiguous challenges, and turn bold ideas into measurable outcomes. Experience in crypto-native growth loops, incentives, referrals, and working with Web3 users and partners is a major plus.
Given the global nature of our team, you should have experience working with colleagues across different time zones and be sensitive to cultural nuances. You should be able to adapt your communication style and workflows to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for both users and partners
-Ideate, launch, and iterate on creative growth hacks and experiments across channels and in-product surfaces
-Design and analyze experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention across the ecosystem
-Identify and scale high-impact growth channels for partner-led distribution and user acquisition
-Optimize onboarding and activation flows for both end users and partners in collaboration with Product and Engineering
-Own growth analytics and performance tracking across user and partner funnels, turning insights into action
-Support product launches with distribution plans and growth playbooks
-Collaborate with product, ecosystem, community, and marketing teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives
-Support the broader marketing team on key campaigns, brand initiatives, and go-to-market strategies
-Develop and scale crypto-native growth loops such as referrals, incentives, and partner-driven programs
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
-Experience managing paid and organic growth channels
-Deep interest in crypto and understanding of web3 user behavior and culture
-A passion for the crypto space and a desire to make a positive impact on the industry
-1 to 3 years of experience in growth marketing in a startup or consulting environment
-Strong experimentation mindset with hands-on experience running tests and iterating quickly
-Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with funnels, cohorts, and performance metrics
-Solid understanding of full-funnel growth, including partner acquisition and activation flows
-Experience working in a remote setup and collaborating with teams across global time zones and from diverse backgrounds and cultures
-Fluent or Native in English
Preferred or Bonus:
Experience across both B2C and B2B growth marketing, such as exchanges, wallets, DeFi, or infrastructure platforms
A social presence on X with an understanding of crypto culture, trends, and conversations
Strong preference for candidates based in Asia time zones and who are Mandarin speakers
