About the Company:
World is a network of real humans, built on privacy-preserving proof-of-human technology, and powered by a globally inclusive financial network that enables the free flow of digital assets for all. It is built to connect, empower, and be owned by everyone.
The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy, growth, and ongoing management of World across all markets. This team deploys and manages all Orbs worldwide and serves as the primary point of contact for local Operators. Our mission is to effectively onboard active users to World and help build a globally inclusive identity and financial network.
As our Growth Lead, Iberia, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling and maturing World’s operations in one of our most strategic markets. You’ll manage the day-to-day performance of Iberia Operators, drive sustainable user growth, and ensure that all activities meet the highest standards of compliance, trust, and brand reputation.
This is both a strategic and operational leadership role. You will collaborate with Market Operations, Legal, Policy, Marketing, and Central Operations to ensure World’s Iberia activities are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our global vision.
You’ll serve as the local connector between global priorities and on-the-ground execution — driving performance, enabling collaboration, and building strong relationships across our Operator network and external partners.
