We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! Your main focus will be designing infographics, banners, and memes that are engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand. You should have a strong eye for design, a knack for storytelling through visuals, and a good sense of humor.
This is a full-time remote role based in EU time zones, including Central/Eastern Europe, Portugal, or Spain.

Create high-quality infographics that simplify complex ideas and data.
Design banners for social media, websites, and campaigns.
Make memes to refill our meme bank that are fun, shareable, and on-brand.
Work with the marketing and independently to develop compelling visual assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
Stay updated on design trends and internet culture to create relevant and engaging content.
Work independently from briefs to translate ideas and data into engaging visuals.
Maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (must-have).
Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing infographics, banners, and memes.
Experience with typography-heavy layouts.
Ability to work independently, following guidelines without much oversight.
Should be able to resolve any creative blockers that may arise.
Photo manipulation skill is very nice to have.
Familiar with the nature of social media posts, especially Twitter.
Track tasks and progress using Linear and communicate through Slack.
Ability to translate ideas and data into engaging visuals.
A good sense of humor and an understanding of internet culture.
Excellent communication skills – we value kindness and collaboration.
Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly.
We often need to act fast (especially with memes!).
Strong portfolio showing original designs, not just templates.
