What you’ll do

• Assist with daily operations of Broker channels；
• Maintain partner relationships, follow up on business needs and event execution;
• Support business data analysis and operation report preparation;
• Assist cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth business progress.

What you’ll need

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Economics, Finance, or STEM fields.
• Skills/Experience:
• Possess a certain level of financial knowledge, with Web3 and trading practice experience;
• Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking, capable of handling business data.
• Soft Skills:
• Proactive and able to coordinate across departments;
• Highly curious, able to identify problems and propose solutions independently.
• Language Requirements:
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking, reading, writing), able to participate in international cooperation and communication.
