Job Responsibilities:

• Constantly learn and stay ahead of the crypto markets especially on delta neutral and market making strategy;
• Work in the arbitrage team throughout the strategy development and trading process;
• Enhance the existing strategy to gain more profits with simulation on historical data using predictive models;
• Collaborate closely with other teams to optimize the strategy and trading platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning; Proficient in Python. Knowledge in any other programming language is a plus;
• Appetite for risk-taking;
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets;
• Trading Experience in Crypto Market is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) with strong background in Math, Financial engineering, Computer Science.
