Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into test plans.
• Assist in developing and executing test cases for various products and features.
• Support the creation and maintenance of testing environments.
• Perform functionality, system, reliability, and automation testing under the guidance of senior team members.
• Analyse testing results, report defects/bugs, and work with engineers to resolve them.
• Participate in integration and system testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Contribute ideas for improving testing efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Graduates with majors in computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python/Go/Java preferred), with a willingness to learn automated testing frameworks.
• Basic understanding of software testing methods (e.g., functionality, performance, and compatibility testing).
• Familiarity with distributed systems, network testing, and databases.
• Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, the NFT landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities.
• Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred:

• Internship or academic project experience in blockchain or financial systems.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, fund management, or digital assets.
• Achievements in programming competitions such as ACM-ICPC, Google Code Jam, or similar.
• Contributions to open-source projects or impactful personal coding projects.
