Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product design and management in the wealth management direction of the company. Develop and implement product plans, designs, and strategies based on company strategy and market demand. This includes conducting requirement research, user analysis, product design, project management, data analysis, and product optimization.
- Provide feasible and implementable recommendations for the product by deeply understanding user needs and behaviors, researching industry trends in blockchain/financial exchanges, and analyzing competitors’ products.
- Participate in the development plan, product roadmap, and feature planning to ensure that the product meets customer and market needs in terms of functionality, quality, and delivery time, while considering product security and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams such as blockchain development, security experts, UI design, and business operations to create product requirement documents, interaction design documents, and technical documents, and provide necessary training and support.
- Track the market performance and user feedback of the product. Optimize product functionality and user experience through data analysis and user research, aiming to improve user satisfaction and retention while meeting regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams and external resources, including collaboration with marketing, customer service, and operations departments, to ensure the product achieves a strong brand image and sales performance in the market while meeting regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience as a product manager in the internet or blockchain industry. Candidates with experience in designing wealth management business management systems are preferred, as well as those with successful experience in designing and developing blockchain/financial exchange/wealth management app products.
- Familiarity with the blockchain/wealth management industry and knowledge of blockchain/DeFi/wealth management-related technologies and products. Ability to design business models and perform profit and loss calculations. Possess keen market insights, user insights, innovation capabilities, and data analysis abilities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with individuals from different departments and positions to complete projects together. Also, have a strong sense of security and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and quick learning abilities, able to adapt to different work environments and changes. Familiarity with regulatory policies and standards.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures. Also, have an understanding of international trends in the blockchain/financial exchange industry.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the NFT landscape.
- Dedicated, hardworking, and consistently self-disciplined.
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities.
- Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
