As our GTM Engineer (Go-to-Market Engineer), you’ll play a pivotal role at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data. Your mission: build scalable technical systems and processes that drive revenue growth. From automation and tracking to tooling and performance insights, your work will directly shape how JOIN grows and scales.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, and report directly to our leadership team. You’ll be the technical backbone of our GTM operations – your solutions will make growth measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
What we’re looking for
We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in building or scaling GTM operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
✔ Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, Zapier, or similar.
✔ A strong technical mindset with a passion for automation and efficient process design.
✔ Excellent communication skills—you collaborate well and explain complex ideas clearly.
✔ Comfortable working with data, defining KPIs, and building dashboards.
✔ Bonus: experience with SQL, APIs, low-code tools, or a background in Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement.
