Your mission: Make an impact 🎯

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Go to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining mission-critical platforms and a suite of microservices for a globally distributed, high-load system.

You will contribute to building new features, optimizing performance, improving existing systems, and making architectural and infrastructure decisions in a collaborative team environment.

How you’ll drive success 🏆

• Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and improve backend services and features using Golang
• Implement new functionality based on technical specifications and product requirements
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
• Maintain and enhance the existing codebase, ensuring high standards of quality and maintainability
• Contribute to infrastructure tasks, working with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in code reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in backend systems

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development
• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience participating in code reviews and adhering to coding standards
• Ability to contribute to architectural design and write clear technical documentation/specifications
• Solid knowledge of design patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with relational databases
• Familiarity with message queue systems
• Experience designing and using APIs
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture and network protocols
