About your mission! – Make an impact 🚀
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Tax Manager to manage both domestic and international tax matters for a U.S. based Group with a global digital business and company with global subsidiaries in multiple countries. This role requires a broad technical expertise and experience in direct and indirect taxes with high requirements for transfer pricing and international tax. As the Groups first tax practitioner, you will play a key role in establishing a top class tax function within the Finance
organisation.
How You’ll Drive Success 🏆
Transfer Pricing:
International Tax:
– Ensure tax optimal and compliant legal structure of the Group’s legal entities
– Advise in all tax planning matters including M&A tax due diligence and post-
acquisition integration, as needed.
– Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, HR, FP&A) on all cross-border tax
issues (e.g., permanent establishment risk, withholding taxes, employee
mobility).
– Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
– Monitor global tax developments and proactively assess potential impacts and recommend actions as needed.
Compliance, Documentation & Automation:
– Oversee, collaborate with, and support Finance to ensure timely and
compliant tax filings Globally – including CIT returns, Indirect Tax returns (VAT,
Sales Tax, GST, Sales & Use Tax), franchise taxes, property taxes and
morePartner
– Support & review calculation of the tax provisions in the consolidated financial
statement under US GAAP
– Maintain accurate tax records, supporting workpapers, and audit-ready
documentation.
– Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the tax
function.
– Manage external tax advisors.

Education & Certification:
Tax, Accounting/CPA, Finance, Law & Economy or related field required.
Masters level degrees are preferred.
