About the Company:

World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents reshape the internet, people, institutions, and applications need a trusted way to confirm who is a real human while preserving privacy. Our products make this possible: the Orb verifies real people, World ID proves it privately, and World App enables and distributes the new applications made possible by this technology. Together, they form a new layer for AI internet.

We’re one of the fastest-growing networks in tech. More than 17 million people across 160 countries have verified with World ID, and we complete over 350,000 verifications each week. World App is already among the most used wallets globally. Developers are integrating World ID to build safer online experiences and create spaces where real people can participate, earn, and be recognized in ways AI simply can’t replicate.

World was founded in 2019 and launched globally in 2023. We are more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. Our teams come from OpenAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, Google, Stripe, Meta, Coinbase, Palantir and MIT Media Lab. We’re backed by leading investors, including a16z, Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Blockchain Capital, Variant, Tiger Global, and Coinbase Ventures, as well as prominent operators and founders across fintech and AI.

World has been featured on the cover of TIME Magazine, highlighted in Fast Company’s Next 5 in Fintech, and explored in a Bloomberg deep dive. The New York Times, Bankless and TechCrunch have all recognized our progress in identity, cryptography, AI, and global-scale hardware deployment. Our leadership is also named to the Time AI 100. About the team

The People team is the engine behind World’s most important asset: its people. We build, support, and scale a global organization of exceptional talent. We design experiences that attract world-class builders and retain, recognize, reward, and enable them to do the best work of their lives.

About the role

We’re looking for a Global Mobility Program Manager to build and run the programs that help us hire, relocate, and transfer talent around the world quickly, compliantly, and with a truly great employee experience. You’ll operate at the intersection of People Operations, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, Tax, Compensation, and Payroll, partnering closely with external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax advisors) to deliver seamless end-to-end mobility support.

This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role. You’ll define the strategy and the operating model, and you’ll also roll up your sleeves to manage day-to-day cases. If you love bringing structure to ambiguity, improving complex workflows, and delivering “white-glove” service while scaling systems behind the scenes, you’ll thrive here.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and own our global mobility program end-to-end, including cross-border transfers, relocations, and work authorization support – designing the strategy, processes, and tooling that make mobility scalable.

  • Run day-to-day operations for immigration and mobility cases: intake, eligibility guidance, document collection, vendor coordination, case tracking, escalations, and proactive stakeholder communication.

  • Own vendor management for immigration counsel and mobility/relocation partners: setting expectations, tracking performance against SLAs, improving quality, and driving outcomes.

  • Maintain compliant, audit-ready practices by ensuring the right documentation, retention, and controls are in place

  • Develop clear policies and enablement 0 guides, FAQs, templates, training – for employees, managers, and internal partners navigating mobility decisions.

  • Use data to improve the program: define mobility metrics, monitor trends (cycle times, costs, outcomes, hotspots), and turn insights into practical process and policy improvements.

  • Design for scale: identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and improve system integrity so mobility workflows stay reliable as volume grows.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience building or significantly improving a mobility, immigration, or internal transfer program in a fast-growing, high-change environment.

  • Strong operational judgment and comfort managing time-sensitive, high-stakes workflows with precision, empathy, and clear written communication.

  • Proven cross-functional influence – bringing Legal, Finance, and People stakeholders together to resolve ambiguity and move decisions forward.

  • Comfort working with systems and data: maintaining clean records, building basic reporting, and using trends to prioritize what to fix next.

  • A bias for action and ownership, consistently raising the bar on program quality while keeping the machine running.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $160,000 – $200,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, TFH offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) plan and match, life insurance, flexible time off, commuter benefits, professional development stipend and much more!
