Role Description:

We are seeking a Global Business Development Manager to accelerate our international expansion and lead high-impact partnership initiatives. This is a mission-critical role at the intersection of growth, strategy, and partnerships, focused on scaling KGeN’s reach across gaming, Web3, and consumer-tech ecosystems.

Lead strategic growth initiatives to expand global partner ecosystems, focusing on Web3, gaming, AI, and digital commerce.

Identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with publishers, protocols, platforms, and consumer brands.

Drive market entry strategies across priority regions (Asia, EU, Americas), with a focus on scaling user acquisition and protocol adoption.

Own the end-to-end deal cycle: from sourcing to structuring, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.

Represent KGeN at global events, conferences, and ecosystem forums to build visibility and networks.

Deliver on aggressive quarterly revenue and adoption targets.

You’re a good fit if you have got:

● Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth, preferably within Web3, gaming, fintech, or AI ecosystems.

● Understanding of crypto-native GTM, DAOs, digital identity, and token economies.

Global exposure and comfort navigating across cultures, regions, and time zones.

A network of warm leads and partners across Web3 and gaming is a strong plus.
