The will be part of the FX-UST global sales team, reporting into the global head of FX-UST sales. This role will be tasked with growing market share with existing clients as well as expanding our footprint with new Fixed Income participants.
Location: NYC office or Chicago office (flex hybrid)
Drive more trading volume onto the Cboe Fixed Income from existing participants, by providing them with execution ideas.
Work alongside Singapore, U.S. and European FX sales teams providing education and sharing of market structure knowledge.
Leverage existing relationships, as well as target new members to onboard onto Cboe Fixed Income
Some travel for client meetings and industry events required.
To gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends to support sales campaigns.
Ensure Cboe UST customer experience is world class and standards are maintained.
Required Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5+ years experience working at a Bank in Fixed Income or competing venue.
Previous sales experience, in the Fixed Income space.
Strong understanding of Fixed Income market structure and electronic trading.
Some experience in a Sales position within the financial services sector.
Excellent presentation and sales techniques.

Proven track record of delivering results and building high quality customer relationships within a fast-paced target driven environment.
Ideally, this candidate will have advanced market structure knowledge, as well as strong relationships within the foreign exchange global community.
Additional understanding of Futures and other derivative products a plus.

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $136,000-$168,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:
US Geographic Differentials:
110%: Austin TX, Chicago IL, Denver CO, San Diego CA
115%: Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA
120%: Boston MA, Washington DC
125%: New York City NY
130%: San Francisco CA
Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
