Position Summary

Securitize Fund Services is a global leader in fund administration for digital asset funds. We are seeking a Treasury Associate to join our team and support the execution of money movement services in accordance with client agreements, fund offering documents, operational checklists, internal anti-fraud protocols, and other client-specific requirements.

This role reports directly to the Treasury Manager and collaborates closely with the Investor Relations and Fund Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing aligned with our high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client reports, including NAV packages, GAAP/IFRS financial statements, and capital statements.
• Assist with daily tasks of cash reconciliation, transaction processing, valuation
• Assist with onboarding of new clients to the Securitize platform, collaborating with legal, broker/dealer, and transfer agent teams.
• Additional Duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in money market (stable NAV) funds, and daily loan portfolios with floating rate investments.
• Proficiency with fund accounting software such as Geneva, InvestOne, VPM, and FundCount.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and colleagues internally and externally.
