About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product team in Belgrade to help build and scale Rho’s all-in-one commercial banking platform. This is a hands-on engineering role with an emphasis on backend development, while also contributing to modern, high-performance frontend interfaces. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features across the stack — from database design to user interface.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer

• Solid understanding of backend systems and experience building APIs and distributed services

• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern frontend development

• Knowledge of distributed systems including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application

• Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure

Nice to have:

• Proficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWS

• Knowledge of accounting or financial software

• Experience mentoring junior engineers
