As part of CETO, the Sales Compensation team focuses on delivering a simplified and intuitive Seller and Partner experience. Through Partner Incentives and Metrics, we influence internal sellers and external partners to drive recurring revenue growth and business transformation. You’ll work with a highly collaborative and empowered team of engineers, architects, business analysts, and multi-functional leaders across Sales, Legal, Finance, Business Operations, and Customer/Partner Experience.
Your impact
As an Full stack Engineer – AI/ML – Partner Incentives, you’ll play a key role in building next-generation intelligent solutions that transform Cisco’s partner incentive programs. You will combine your AI/ML expertise with strong engineering principles to deliver scalable, data-driven insights and automation. In this role, you will:
• Work with AI/ML codebases to address Partner Incentive requirements and enable advanced business logic.
• Develop and maintain robust Python code supporting Partner Incentive solutions.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and team members to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using classical ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering) with both supervised and unsupervised learning approaches.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions focused on behavior prediction, forecasting, anomaly detection, and other decision-making use cases.
• Ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance through validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and fine-tune NLP models for tasks such as customer matching and deduplication.
• Build and optimize MLOps pipelines to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, BERT, T5, Llama, or Mistral into enterprise systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools (e.g., MCP protocol, A2A communication, LangGraph, or similar agent-based systems).
• Supply to technical decision-making on AI tools, frameworks, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality work.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy for model training and validation.
• Deploy machine learning models into production and monitor ongoing performance, making iterative improvements.
• Stay ahead of with advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry standards.
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and full-stack engineering (e.g., ReactJS, Snowflake).
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and associated data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with classical ML algorithms and large language models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated ability to design and optimize MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of NLP model development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Experience in data processing, large dataset management, and data quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multi-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications
• Strong experience in building ML Models, experience in LLM including RAG, Fine tuning
• Familiar with unit and integration testing
• Familiarity with Elastic Search/Apache Solr, Kafka, FastAPI
• Familiarity with Oracle, Snowflake, ReactJs
