We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dApps team.

The team has two core missions:

• Build tooling to deliver an exceptional developer experience with FHE.
• Develop dApps that both validate our tooling and showcase the power of on-chain FHE to the broader ecosystem.

You’ll help build the tools, SDKs, and libraries that bring encrypted computation to EVM developers — making advanced FHE capabilities practical and powerful to use in real-world development. You’ll also work on full-featured dApps that showcase what’s possible with on-chain encryption and unlock entirely new use cases.

The role spans smart contract development, front-end integration, and close collaboration with protocol engineers to ensure a smooth and scalable developer experience.

Our team is distributed globally, with most of the core engineering team based at our offices in Tel Aviv. This is a remote-first role, with hybrid options available

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Brainstorm: Collaborate with the team to ideate and design the next generation of Web3 applications.
• Lead Development: Take charge of the entire development process of an app/platform, from initial concept to final deployment.
• Smart Contract: Write, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
• UI Development: Develop user interface pages based on prototypes to create a smooth and captivating user experience.
• Responsive Design: Implement designs that are responsive and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Testing: Create and manage comprehensive test suites to ensure high quality and reliability of tooling and applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Web3 Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience interacting with and writing smart contracts (Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, wagmi, viem, ethers)
• Some experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability in leading the entire development process of an app or platform from start to finish.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with mobile app development (native, React Native / etc. ).
• Experience with deployment applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contribution to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing relevant skills (particularly relevant if open-source tools).
• Knowledge and familiarity with concepts in cryptography such hashing and encryption.
