About the role:

The Fulfilment Officer plays a pivotal role in the client lifecycle, beginning with onboarding. Acting as the primary point of contact for account opening matters and working closely with

internal and external stakeholders, the role is instrumental in supporting and driving

business growth. The position is based in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to onboard clients globally, ensure timely and smooth client onboarding process
  • Provide updates to clients regarding their account opening status
  • Work with client to obtain KYC required docs, ensure all documentation and administrative work relating to each client’s application is completed in an accurate and prompt manner
  • Work in fast pace, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism with customers and all stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement process: Share issues across the team and propose corrective and preventative actions followed by actions plans and ensuring optimal level of Customer Service required.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership of tasks as well as strong attention to details
  • Assist in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisors
  • Successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training, gain exposure to client onboarding process and regulatory requirements, as well as develop an understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in fulfilment or KYC/CDD, gained from financial institutions (e.g. banks, securities firms, crypto exchanges or trading platforms, etc.) or professional firms (e.g. CPAs, law firms, company secretaries, etc.)
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on work quality
