Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend team: planning, task prioritization, and workload distribution

• Conduct regular 1:1s, support engineers’ growth, and build a strong team culture

• Ensure predictable and high-quality product delivery (development, QA, releases)

• Improve and evolve engineering processes and development standards

• Design architecture of complex frontend systems and key application components

• Stay hands-on when needed: code reviews, complex tasks, and critical features

• Increase team efficiency by introducing modern tools, including AI

What makes you the perfect fit

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)

• Proven experience leading a development team of 3+ engineers

• Strong ability to design architecture of complex applications

• Solid understanding of browser internals and performance optimization

• Experience building and improving engineering processes (planning, delivery, QA, release)

• Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, E2E)

• Leadership experience: mentoring, giving feedback, and taking ownership of outcomes
