Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to handle some of our most pressing finance priorities within the digital assets industry.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing finance models and processes, as well as a baseline understanding of crypto / web3 / digital assets. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, you will work closely with members of the entire Flipside organization to leverage your full range of strategic, financial, analytical and creative skills to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve core FP&A processes, including planning, modeling, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support scenario planning, business strategy, and decision-making.
Support reporting to the Executive Team and Board of Directors, in partnership with the SVP of Finance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to analyze spend, pipeline performance, KPIs, and deal modeling.
Collaborate with team leaders to manage hiring plans, spend, vendor relationships, and related financial activities.
Assist in preparing and delivering investor requests and quarterly reporting cycles, in collaboration with the Controller.
Lead revenue analysis, including pricing strategies, partner performance, and identification of revenue optimization opportunities.
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting for weekly revenue tracking, commissions, and variable compensation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
Support the SVP of Finance with project management related to corporate development activities, including oversight of the venture portfolio.
Execute a variety of ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed by the SVP of Finance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic planning, and related activities. Experience in banking, consulting, or corporate finance functions are helpful.
Understanding of the web3 / digital asset / crypto space and a willingness to keep learning on a daily basis.
Proficiency in Excel and FP&A software
Comfortable in drawing conclusions from data and making recommendations based on imperfect information.
High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and a very fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with team leaders and P&L owners.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to leverage data from a multitude of sources to tell a persuasive story, tailor communication style based on the audience, and influence others.
