Summary
We’re turning FP&A from a monthly spreadsheet exercise into a real‑time, data‑driven cockpit for a worldwide business. You’ll be the first dedicated FP&A hire in Brazil, building the function almost from scratch and partnering with our Accounting and Data Engineering teams to give leadership the insight to scale profitably.
Key Responsabilities
- Design and own the global budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning models.
- Establish standard monthly and quarterly reporting packs for executives and investors.
- Create scalable processes and controls that can keep up with triple‑digit growth.
- Replace manual spreadsheets with scripted models and live dashboards (Spreadsheet + SQL + BI).
- Connect to our ERP, billing, and product telemetry to pull real‑time KPIs.
- Consolidate results across LATAM, North America, EMEA entities.
- Provide variance analyses, scenario modeling, and “what‑if” simulations (FX, pricing, capex, headcount).
- Sit shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Accounting on close deadlines, reconciliations, and policy decisions.
- Support audits, tax planning and fund‑raising data rooms with clean, reconciled numbers.
- Proactively spot risks and opportunities; recommend actions before leadership asks.
- Coach stakeholders to read, question, and act on the data you deliver.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 + years in FP&A or financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL; BI/FP&A tool experience.
- Solid accounting fundamentals.
- Experience in multi‑currency environments.
- Professional English, Portuguese.
- Thrives in startup high‑pressure environment.
- On‑site in São Paulo office; Vila Mariana

Nice‑to‑have
- Experience rolling out an ERP or FP&A system.
