Your Role
As a designer, you will lead the vision for our product and brand design:
- Design an app that’s intuitive for first-time users, delightful to play every day, refined enough to earn global trust, all while abstracting crypto away
- Craft the brand and work closely with the founder on the narrative
- Dream up growth experiments from funnel improvements to wild moonshot ideas
As part of the founding team, you will be involved in all aspects of building this company:
- Active partner on marketing, growth, strategy, product, engineering, compliance, etc. You will wear many hats and own work streams that you have no domain expertise in.
- Immediately help with hiring to build the company and culture you want.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a designer
- Experience building apps at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience working at a startup
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer higher salary and equity than comparable startups:
- Salary: $150k to $225k
- Equity: 1.5% to 2.5%+, with 7 year exercise window
